What this service is

AssistQuote is an independent, advertising-supported comparison and referral service. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, insurance producer, lender, mortgage broker, loan broker, warranty provider, licensed contractor or moving company. We do not quote, bind, issue, service or administer insurance, loans, service contracts or home services, and we do not perform any work.

When you submit a request

When you submit a quote request, we share the information you provide with participating partners, lead buyers and featured local providers who may offer the product or service you asked about. They may contact you by phone, text or email, as described in the consent language shown when you submit your request. You are not required to buy anything.

Featured and sponsored listings

Listings marked "Featured" or "Sponsored" are paid placements. Payment affects where a business appears. It is not an endorsement, and we do not vet, license or guarantee featured businesses.

Third party business information

Some business names, ratings, hours and locations come from third party sources, including Google. We do not verify this information. Confirm it directly with the business.

No advice

Content on this site is general information only. It is not insurance, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation that any product is suitable for you. Speak with a licensed provider about your situation.

Automated information and suggestions

Some personalized explanations, cost context and suggested providers are prepared with automated tools, including artificial intelligence. This material may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances; it is not independently verified, professional advice, an offer, or a determination of eligibility. Suggested businesses are not participating partners or endorsements unless expressly identified as such. Confirm pricing, service areas, licenses, websites, reviews and terms directly with the provider before making a decision. Sourced benchmarks, when shown, identify their source and review date; they are not live quotes.

Third party providers

When you continue to a participating provider you leave this site. That provider's terms, privacy policy, consent language, eligibility rules and disclosures govern everything that happens there. We are not responsible for their products, decisions or conduct.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit false information or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The AssistQuote name, logo, site design and original content are owned by LeadSledge LLC and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that information is complete, current or error free.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless LeadSledge LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the site, false information you submit or your violation of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadSledge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any interaction with a third party provider. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
